I was optimistic when I left Savannah.
Blue skies, sunny day......but the forecast of easterlies tuned into north easterlies, so I had to motor into a chop all day........and all night. Here was something I had to keep an eye open for.
Thunderstorms developed over night, so as well as dodging lightning bolts, I had an absolute deluge to contend with. Here is the Charlston Marina that I am tied up to with the USS Yorktown next to me and the beautiful Arther Revenel Bridge behind me.
So I am beat!!!!
