Norfolk to "Old Point Comfort" to Mobjack Bay

I am tucked away in a quiet little cove in Mobjeck Bay on the Chesapeake, and it is idyllic.

Quiet,very protected, beautiful views and very conducive to book reading. The weather is not looking too good over the next couple of days so I thought I would hole up and ride out the predicted thunderstorms for 3 days in a slip offered to me by a couple I met on the ditch. I had a beautiful sail all day from just outside of Norfolk while Friday's travel gave me a glimpse of the world's largest naval arsenal.

It is impossible to see all of these ships close up without feeling awestruck.
